1. Click "Sign up" and begin the onboarding process. You will need to select:
- Country
- How you heard about Higlobe
- Account type (personal/business)
- Name + date of birth
- Email + password
2. You will need to confirm your email address, after which you can log in to your account. Next, you will need to:
- Add and verify your phone number
- Enter your address
- Verify your identity and geolocation: make sure you have acceptable identity documents on hand. If you have trouble enabling camera permissions, read this article.
3. Once registration is complete, you will see a confirmation page. Please allow 24 to 48 business hours for your account to be approved. If any information is missing, our support team will contact you.
4. Activate your receiving account: Once your account is approved, you will be asked to activate your receiving account. Select your currency:
5. After accepting our partner bank's terms, you will need to answer a few brief questions regarding:
- Source of funds
- Industry
- Intended use of the account
- Estimated monthly income
Note: In some cases, our partner bank may ask you to complete a quick process before finalizing your account setup. Simply submit the documentation via the platform provided by the partner bank. Remember, Higlobe will never request personal documents through unofficial channels.
6. If all documents were submitted successfully, you will soon be able to view your account details on your dashboard.
