We offer convenient transfer options through ACH and Wires, with a strong recommendation to utilize ACH for its benefits (click here to learn more). Additionally, we also accept transfers from third-party payment companies like PayPal, Cash App, and others. However, it is essential that all transfers are accompanied by a receipt as proof that the transfer is a payment for services rendered to a company or individual. Please refer to our FAQ section for more details on this rule.
We regret to inform you that we do not accept the following:
- International Wires (click here to learn more)
- Payments for personal purposes
- Transfers from the same account for conversion purposes
- Payments made in the name of individuals.
Any payments that fall outside the aforementioned guidelines will be returned to the customer.
Your Higlobe account will accept wire transfers that otherwise meet our requirements, but unfortunately, you will be charged a fee of $20 for each wire transfer you receive, which will be deducted from your payment amount.
For this reason, we highly recommend that you receive your payments by ACH transfer whenever possible. There is no additional charge for you to receive an ACH transfer.
Please tell your payor that your Higlobe receiving account is a US bank account, and the only number they need to send you payment is your complete Higlobe account number and routing number.
