The first thing to do is to check with your sender. Ask them to make sure that they sent your payment and confirm that they used the correct Higlobe account number for you.
Bear in mind that an ACH transfer will typically take from one to two business days.
If you believe that a payment was sent to you, but you didn’t receive it, please contact Higlobe’s Customer Success department by emailing support at support@higlobe.com.
