The timeframe for the transfer to reach your Higlobe account depends on the paying bank and the method used for the transfer. Usually, the funds are credited to Higlobe within a few hours or up to 72 business hours. We would like to emphasize that this timeframe is determined exclusively by the bank, and we have no control over it.
Upon receiving the funds in Higlobe, it is important to mention the following:
- First-time receipt: If it is your first time receiving a payment from a new company, it may take up to 24 hours* for the funds to be made available for creating a receipt (the funds appear as blocked). This time is necessary for our compliance team to evaluate the transfer receipt data. Once released, we kindly request you create the receipt. After sending the receipt, the funds will be authorized for withdrawal within a few hours.
-
Transfers from the same payer: The initial compliance check by our team only occurs when you receive a transfer from a new payer. For subsequent transfers from the same payer, the funds will be available for withdrawal one hour after sending the receipt.
-
Withdrawal request: When you initiate a withdrawal, your money is usually sent to your local bank swiftly, within an hour. However, in some cases, it may take up to 2 business days for the funds to be received in your local bank account.
*If our team deems it necessary, we will request more information about the transfer or originator company via email, and this may increase the 24-hour waiting time.
