How long does it take for my USD deposit to arrive in my Higlobe account?

  • Updated

Understanding the timeframe for payments on Higlobe involves a few key steps in the payment process:

ACH Transfers

ACH transfers typically take up to 72 business hours to complete, though most are credited within 24 business hours. Please note that this timeframe is determined solely by the bank and is beyond our control.

If your deposit hasn’t arrived after 72 business hours, it could indicate an issue—either with the bank details provided or the transfer type. Keep in mind, Higlobe cannot accept international wire transfers or Zelle payments. If you’re experiencing a delay, please contact our Support team with proof of deposit for further assistance.

If you need any further assistance, our Support team is available during business hours in Mexico (GMT-6) and Brazil (GMT-3) from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday via Live Chat or by email at support@higlobe.com

Receipt Analysis

As explained in detail in our article How to fill out Higlobe Receipt to release your payment? once you receive a deposit, you’ll need to complete a receipt with the payer's details for internal analysis. This is to ensure the payment is professional and meets compliance standards.

This review can take up to 24 business hours, but we typically complete it much faster, often within a few hours, as we prioritize these requests. However, during times of high volume, the 24 business hours might be needed.

Withdrawal Timeframe

When you request a withdrawal, it's usually processed within minutes. However, some factors can occasionally affect this timing:

  • Random Security Checks: To prioritize your security, Higlobe may randomly select withdrawals for a manual review. This can extend the processing time by up to 24 business hours.
  • Mexican Clabe validation: For compliance reasons, some withdrawals may require manual CLABE validation. This process can take up to 24 business hours.
