Your payment will be identified as pending after it has been received into your Higlobe account, but before you have submitted an invoice through the Higlobe website and the transfer has been approved by Higlobe’s compliance team.
- To see your incoming payment, please go to "Transactions" and click on "Create invoice" to continue, the payment status will change to confirmed.
The first time you receive an international payment from a payer, it may take up to 24 hours after you submit an invoice for the transfer to Higlobe in order for funds to be cleared for withdrawal. This is true any time you receive a transfer from a new payer. For subsequent transfers from a payer who you have received at least one payment from, your funds should be available for withdrawal by you within an hour of your submission of an invoice.
