How do I use a promo code from an influencer?

If you registered via Higlobe from an influencer, make sure to add the coupon prior to your registration. Here's how: 

1. Click the sign up button
2. Start your registration by onboarding and adding your information

On the screen to add your email and your password, check out the coupon section and click "Add a promo code": 
 

Just add you coupon and click "apply code". 

Done! The promo code is added to your account. You'll also be able to see the discount on the withdraw screen. 

How do I know if my promo code was applied?

There's currently no way to check this directly on your account. Once you make your first withdrawal, you should be able to see the discount applied on the withdraw screen. If you don't see it there, please contact our Support team so we can review it.

Can I add the promo code after registration?

No, it's not possible to add a promo code after you've completed registration. However, if you haven't received a payment yet, you can contact our Support team and they'll be able to help you.
