2. When do Banks and E-wallets schedule their maintenance?
Most PH banks and e-wallets conduct service maintenance during late-night to early-morning hours (e.g. 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, PHT).
They might also have emergency maintenance of which they can’t advise everyone ahead of time. This can also affect transfer times.
You can view our updated scheduled maintenance bulletin above, so you can plan your withdrawals.
3. What happens if I accidentally processed my withdrawal during scheduled Bank maintenance?
There is no need for you to re-request your withdrawal or refund the amount to your Higlobe balance to reprocess.
Rest assured your funds are simply being held in transit, reflecting the exact converted amount at the time of your withdrawal.
Higlobe will reprocess the withdrawal once the scheduled maintenance is completed. Again, there’s no need to re-request your withdrawal or refund the amount to your Higlobe balance to reprocess.
We will contact you if there are any additional steps needed.
4. Incomplete or Incorrect Local Account Information
Transactions often fail because the information provided is incorrect or incomplete.
To reduce the chance of delays or transfer failures, pease make sure you verify all details such as, your bank's correct name, account number, and account name.
5. PH Bank or E-wallet Activation and Transaction Limits
Please make sure your PH bank or e-wallet account is fully verified and activated.
Review your transaction limits since most banks or e-wallets have auto-set daily, weekly, monthly, or per-transaction limits. This helps prevent failed or delayed transfers.
6. Funds are incorrectly routed to Instapay or Pesonet
Both InstaPay and PESONet are electronic fund transfer (EFT) services in the Philippines. InstaPay is for real-time, low-value transfers (up to PHP 50,000 per transaction), while PESONet is for larger, non-urgent, batch transfers that may take a few hours or business days to complete.
-
Use INSTAPAY, if per every transaction you will withdraw an amount that is below PHP 50,000 (Around 800 USD). Please add and choose your Bank/E-wallet's Instapay version.
ETA: Transfers will take 30 minutes to a few hours to reflect.
-
Use PESONET, if per every transaction you will withdraw an amount that is above PHP 50,000 (Above 800 USD). Please add and choose your Bank/E-wallet's Swiftpay_Pesonet version.
ETA: Transfers will take a Transaction day + 1 to 3 banking days to reflect.
