Q: Can I use my national address when filling out my personal details?
A: No, this card only accepts U.S. addresses. Please check your Higlobe Dashboard for the Dash card details and use the Higlobe Address provided.
Remember, you’ll always need to use the Higlobe Address as the billing address when using the Visa Prepaid Card.
Q: Can I transfer the amount I deposited onto the card back to my Higlobe account?
A: In most cases, it is not possible to transfer funds you have loaded onto a Higlobe Prepaid USD Visa® virtual card back to your Higlobe Account. This policy is set by our card partner.
However, if there are extenuating circumstances, Higlobe may be able to cancel a card and arrange for a transfer of the unused balance back to your Higlobe account. If you would like to do this and believe that you have extenuating circumstances, please email support@higlobe.com with your request, and include the special circumstances that apply to your situation. Our support team will do its best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
Q: Can I use this card for subscriptions?
A: Prepaid cards are generally not accepted for subscriptions. However, it’s worth checking if the specific subscription service you're interested in allows payment with prepaid cards.
Q: What happens if my purchase is declined and the amount needs to be refunded?
A: If there is a problem with the purchase and the vendor has to refund the amount, the refund will be processed normally according to the time stipulated by the vendor.
Q: Can I use an app to access my Visa® Dash Card?
A: Yes, you can download the app for iOS here and for Android here.
Q: How can I manage my Visa® Dash Card?
A: There are a few ways to manage your Visa® Dash Card:
- Through the Higlobe Dashboard: Go to the Cards section to view your Visa® Dash Card profile.
- Using the Dash app (as mentioned above).
