How to create my Higlobe Prepaid USD Visa® card?

The Higlobe Prepaid USD Visa® virtual card can be used to make purchases in the United States. Please don't buy this card if you plan to make purchases outside of the United States - it won’t work!

Choosing the Higlobe Prepaid USD Visa® virtual card offers a secure and worry-free shopping experience, allowing you to make purchases in the U.S  either in-person or remotely without the need to carry physical currency. Creating your Higlobe Prepaid USD Visa® is a simple process:

Log in to your Higlobe profile. On your Dashboard, click on "Card Offering"

Find  "Reloadable U.S. spending card" and click "Learn more" 

On the next page, you will see the following image. The first step is to create a card. Click "Card details" to create your card.

Check your email. You will receive an email message asking you to register and claim your Prepaid USD Visa® virtual card on the Dash platform.  Click on the link in the email, and you will be taken to the Dash website.

You can find the access information you will need to complete the Dash registration in the “Card“ page in your Higlobe Dashboard. You will need a Proxy number and Verification Code, as shown below:

The first step on the Dash webpage is to verify your identity. You do this by first entering your Verification Code. When you have entered your Verification Code, press Continue.

In the next screen you will see a space for a mobile number. If the space is prefilled, simply press Continue. If the space is not prefilled, enter (999) 999-9999 and then press Continue. On the next screen, you will be asked to set your login credentials. Enter your email address and a password, and press Continue.

• On the Two-Step Verification page, select the “Send an Email” option and press Continue. You will then receive an email from support@mydashcard.com with the subject “Registration Token”. Open that email to obtain your six digit Security Code.  Enter your Security Code on the next Dash screen, and press Continue.

• Please hang in there, you are almost done. You will be asked to acknowledge the Dash Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Higlobe Prepaid USD Visa® Card, and are separate from the Higlobe Terms and Conditions. After reviewing the information, please click on the “Agree & Sign” button.

• Your Higlobe Prepaid USD Visa® Card is almost ready. Simply activate the new card by clicking “Activate Card”. 

• Now, set your card 4 digit card PIN by clicking on the keypad image, and then press Next. On the next page, press Confirm

Congratulations! Your Higlobe Prepaid USD Visa® virtual card is now activated, and you can load funds onto it from your Higobe balance. Happy shopping!

To add funds to your Higlobe Prepaid USD Visa® virtual card, go to the Higlobe Dashboard and select Higlobe Virtual Card. On the next page, simply press “Load Card’ and select the amount you would like to load from your available balance. Both steps are shown below.
