How can I integrate my Higlobe account with Bitso?

Below you will find the steps to connect your Higlobe account to your Bitso account. Follow these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth and successful connection.

Follow these steps to connect your Higlobe account to your Bitso account:

Step 1: Log in to your Higlobe account

  • Access your Higlobe account with your normal credentials.

Step 2: Ensure You Have a Bitso Account

  • Make sure you have already created a Bitso account. If not, please follow the steps on Bitso's website to create one.

Step 3: Matching Email Addresses

  • Also make sure that the email address you used to register with Higlobe is the same as the one you used to open  the Bitso account you want to connect. Please note that if the emails addresses do not match, you will not be able to connect the accounts., 

Step 4: Begin the Integration Process

  • Click on "Connect your Bitso account" from the options shown below to start the connection  process.

 

Step 5: Confirm That You Have a Bitso Account

  • Click on "Yes, I have a Bitso account" to proceed.

Step 6: Initial Test Transfer

  • When you click “Yes, I have a Btso account,” Higlobe will send one cent to your Bitso account. You will receive an email confirmation like the one below. 

Step 7: Confirm the transfer on your Bitso account.

  • Once you receive the Email confirmation shown above, sign into your Bitso account Check that you have received the one cent transfer, and then click on "SEND".

Step 8: Select USDC

  • Still in your Bitso account, select “Digital dollars (USDC)” as the currency you want to send.


Step 9: Enter the Recipient Email and an Amount to Send

  • For the recipient Email, input bitso@higlobe.com and enter an Amount to send of $0.01, as shown below. Then press Send. 

Step 10: No more steps!

  • After you have sent the $0.01 to bitso@higlobe.com, your connection will be complete, and will be active within 3 to 5 minutes. From then on, you will be able to freely transfer funds from your Higlobe account to your linked Bitso account.
