No. In order for a withdrawal to transfer successfully, the name and account type of your Higlobe account must be identical to the name and account type of the account that you are making a withdrawal to. So if your Higlobe account is registered in a company name (as a business account), the bank account that you are withdrawing to must also be registered in the company name. If you try to make a withdrawal from your Higlobe company account to your personal bank account, the transfer will fail and you will not receive your money.
To ensure a successful transfer at the exchange rate that you are comfortable with, please verify that you are transferring funds from a company account to another company account, or from a personal account to another personal account. Transfers between mismatched account types (e.g., business to personal or personal to business) will fail and will have to be reprocessed again at a later time, and at a different and possibly less favorable foreign exchange rate.
If you have any questions or if your transaction failed, please contact us at support@higlobe.com, and one of our representatives will assist you with the failed transaction.
