1. Can I transfer USD from my Higlobe account to other accounts?
Currently, your Higlobe account is designed to receive USD payments only. It is not possible to send USD to other external accounts. However, we offer alternatives for managing your funds, including:
- Internal Transfers to other Higlobe users (free of charge).
- Prepaid USD Virtual Cards for purchases.
- USDC transfers to Bitso.

2. Do I need to withdraw my entire balance, or can I leave funds in my Higlobe account?
You have full control over your withdrawals. You can choose how much and when to withdraw, leaving a balance in your Higlobe account if you prefer.
3. If I have a personal Higlobe account, can I withdraw to my company’s local bank account?
No, withdrawals must be made to a bank account that matches the same Tax ID as your Higlobe account. If your Higlobe account is registered under your personal Tax ID, you will only be able to withdraw to a personal bank account with the same Tax ID. Similarly, if your Higlobe account is under a company’s Tax ID, withdrawals must be made to a company bank account.
