What types of payments are not accepted in Higlobe?

Can Higlobe customers receive payments from trading activities or investments?

• Unfortunately, Higlobe does not support the ability to receive payments based on or related to trading or investment activities, which includes any form of securities or commodities trading, or receiving dividends or interest payments from financial instruments. Should such payments be received, they will be returned to the original sender, at your expense. We focus on simplifying direct business transactions and payroll services to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Can we receive payments from real estate transactions?

• In general, Higlobe does not support receiving payments that are proceeds from real estate sales. However,with proper documentation it may be  possible for Higlobe to receive this type of transfer in some cases. Please contact Higlobe customer support at support@higlobe.com if you want to discuss this possibility. 

Can I use Zelle to send payments to my Higlobe account?

• Unfortunately, Higlobe is currently unable to receive payments via Zelle. Zelle operates as a closed-loop network, meaning that only financial institutions that choose to participate can send and receive funds through this service. Our associated financial institution, Cross River Bank, does not participate in the Zelle network. Due to this, we are unable to process payments sent from Zelle to Higlobe accounts.
• We recommend using alternative methods such as ACH transfers, wire transfers, or other supported payment platforms (such as Deel or Rippling) to receive payments into your Higlobe account.
