Q: How can I get the USD MasterCard Prepaid Card?
A: You will have the option to create your card as soon as you have a balance in your account. Please refer to our Activation Guide for more information: USD MasterCard Prepaid Card Activation Guide
Q: Where can I use this card?
A: This card can be used globally, both for physical and online purchases. However, there is a 2% charge for purchases made in currencies other than USD.
Please note that prepaid cards can’t be used for subscriptions or for payment installments.
Q: Do I need a PIN?
A: Some shoppers from the US might require a PIN to accept the payment. Your PIN is the last 4 digits of your card number.
Q: How can I use this card?
A: You can use it as a virtual card (for online purchases) or add it to your digital wallet, such as Google Pay or Apple Pay.
Q: Can I reload the card if I want to?
It is not possible to reload the card. To add more funds, you will need to create a new card with a different number.
Q: Can I transfer the amount I deposited onto the card back to my Higlobe account?
No. Once an amount is transferred to the card, it cannot be transferred back to your Higlobe account.
Q: How can I check my card balance?
A: You can access the card provider platform with your Token to access the details of your card.

Q: Are there any limits to the card?
A: Yes, the card has a minimum limit of $5 and a maximum limit of $1,000.
Q: What are the fees associated with the card?
A: There's no fee to create a new card and no fee for purchases made in US Dollars. However, as mentioned above there is a 2% fee for purchases made in other currencies.
Q: Can I create/have more than one card at the same time?

Q: Can I use this card for subscriptions?
A: Prepaid cards are generally not accepted for subscriptions. However, it’s worth checking if the specific subscription service you're interested in allows payment with prepaid cards.
Q: Can I cancel a prepaid card after it has been created?
A: No, once a prepaid card is created, unfortunately, there is no way to cancel it.

A: Delaware.
Q: What happens if my purchase is declined and the amount needs to be refunded?
A: If there is a problem with the purchase and the vendor has to refund the amount, the refund will be processed normally according to the time stipulated by the vendor.
Q: I do not recognize a purchase on my virtual card. What should I do?
A: Collect all the details about the unrecognized purchase, including the amount, date, and name of the establishment where the transaction occurred. If, after verifying the information, you do not recognize the purchase, please contact the card provider (Tango) to report this and follow their instructions. Only the card provider can assist you with unrecognized purchases.
