Can I use Zelle to send payments to my Higlobe account?

Unfortunately, Higlobe is currently unable to receive payments via Zelle. Zelle operates as a closed-loop network, meaning that only financial institutions that choose to participate can send and receive funds through this service. Our associated financial institution, Cross River Bank, does not participate in the Zelle network. Due to this, we are unable to process payments sent from Zelle to Higlobe accounts.

We recommend using alternative methods such as ACH transfers, wire transfers, or other supported payment platforms (such as Deel or Rippling) to receive payments into your Higlobe account.
