Is it possible to perform internal transfers between Higlobe accounts?

You can now transfer funds seamlessly to other Higlobe account holders with our Peer- to-Peer transfer service.

Follow these simple steps to make your transfers: 

 

  1. Begin by logging into your Higlobe account and clicking on ´Send.´ You will see your available balance.






  1. Enter the email address of the Higlobe account holder who you would like to send funds to. Please make sure that the email address that you are sending funds to is the email address that the recipient used to register their Higlobe account. 

If you use an unregistered email address, the transfer will not be processed. Once you have entered their email, click ´Next´ to proceed. 




  1. Input  the amount you want to transfer. Please ensure that it is the correct amount because once initiated, your transfer will not be cancellable. After inputting the amount, click next to proceed.




  1. You will see a summary of your planned transfer, displaying the date, the recipient's email address and the amount you wish to send. Once you have thoroughly checked and confirmed that the information displayed is correct, click ´Confirm´ to proceed.




  1. Congratulations, you’re finished! The transferred funds will be deducted from your Higlobe account and will appear in the recipient’s Higlobe account within minutes.
