Internal Transfers between Higlobe Accounts

With Higlobe, you can send USD payments to other Higlobe users quickly and for free. Follow these simple steps to make internal transfers:

How to Send a Payment:

1. Access the "Pay & Transfer" Section on the left-hand menu in your Dashboard.

2. Choose Payment Option: you can choose to "Pay an Individual" or "Pay a Group"

  • For Individual Payments:
    • Select "Pay an Individual" and follow the instructions.  
    • Enter the recipient's name and email address. Ensure the email address is entered in lowercase and verify its accuracy.
    • Important: The recipient must have a registered Higlobe account, and the email address must match the one linked to their account.
  • For Group Payments:
    • Choose "Pay a Group" to pay multiple people at once.
    • You can upload a CSV file with the recipients' names and email addresses or manually add
    • each one individually.
    • Again, ensure all email addresses are entered in lowercase and are accurate. Each recipient must have a registered Higlobe account, and their email address must match the one linked to their account.

Once you complete the payment, the recipient(s) will receive an email notification confirming the transfer.

If you accidentally sent a payment to an incorrect email address or to someone who doesn’t have a Higlobe account, please reach out to our Support team.
