How to get a Higlobe Gift card?

With our Higlobe Gift Card, you can effortlessly make purchases at participating merchants in your country using your local currency, all without incurring any additional fees.

To purchase a Higlobe Gift Card, simply login to your account and follow the steps below:

1) Click on "Card Offering" on the left-hand menu. Then, click on "Learn more":

2) In the next screen, you will be presented with three options:

• See how Gift Cards work.
• Browse the current card catalog.
• Purchase a Gift Card.

For this step, we recommend checking the current card catalog to view all the available merchants in your country. 

3) Once you have decided which merchants and the total amount that you want to create your card or cards, please select the "Get Gift Cards" button.

Please note when when creating your card, please consider the total amount you intend to purchase from all merchants. For example, if you wish to create cards for two different merchants, one worth $1,500 and the other $500, you should purchase a new card with a total value of $2,000.

4) Now it's time to choose the total amount for your card or cards.

You can either select a previously set amount or enter a custom amount. The choice is yours! Just ensure you consider all the amounts you'll need, especially if you plan to purchase cards from multiple merchants.

5) After entering the amount, click "Next" to be redirected to the "Gift Card Summary" page:

6) On the summary page, please read all the information carefully, including the exchange rate applied to the card creation. If everything looks good, click "Confirm".

Congratulations! You've successfully initiated the purchase of your card or cards. Keep an eye on your email for instructions on choosing a gift card from your favorite merchants.

How to redeem your card:

1. Shortly after transferring funds for card creation, you will receive a redemption link via email.
2. Click on the link to be redirected to the Higlobe gift card store catalog, where your available balance will be reflected.
3. Add your desired merchant gift cards and the amount for each to your cart.
4. Accept the merchant's Terms and Conditions for each card and complete your purchase.
5. You'll receive an email or emails containing instructions for each card generated, instructing you on their individual usage.
