A: There's no fee to create a new card and no fee for purchases made in US Dollars. However, a 2% fee is charged for purchases made in other currencies.

Activating Your USD MasterCard Prepaid Card:

• Sign in to your Higlobe account.
• Select the type of card you want (USD MasterCard Prepaid Card) and the desired amount, considering your current balance.
• After that, look for an email from us containing a link for card redemption, along with a validation code.
• Click on the link, which will redirect you to our partner platform (Tango).
• Enter the provided code and agree to the terms and conditions.
• Congratulations! Your card is now ready for use.
