USD MasterCard Prepaid Card Activation Guide

It is very simple to activate your Higlobe virtual card! You just need to log in to your account and follow the steps below: 

  1. Scrolling down at your dashboard, please click on the prepaid card section:

Please note you will only have an option to activate the prepaid card if you have balance on your account.

  1. You will be redirected to another page where you can see all the details regarding our Higlobe Prepaid USD Mastercard®. If you agree with all the terms, please click on “Lets do it” at the bottom of the page to continue to the next steps:

  1. In this new page, please click on Get a card:

  1. Now, please select the amount you wish to withdraw to your prepaid card and click on Next

Please keep in mind that the amount transferred to your card can’t be returned to your balance.

  1. Check your email inbox for an email with the subject “Your Mastercard Prepaid Card USD Global Mobile Wallet is here!”. Please make sure to check the Spam and Trash folders as well.

Please make sure to save your Token information. It might be needed in the future.

  1. Click on the redemption link and you will be redirected to our partner platform (Tango) where you will fill out your details such as name, address, and phone number:

Please note some shoppers from the US might require a PIN to accept the payment. Your PIN is the last 4 digits of your card number.

That’s it! Your card is now ready for use. You will see all the details of your card on your screen. You can use these details to add the card to your phone’s wallet.
