How does Higlobe Lowest Cost Guarantee works?

At Higlobe, we want to ensure our customers get the best value for their money transfers. If you're an existing Higlobe user and receive a genuine offer from a competing money transfer service that provides a lower overall cost for a USD payment, Higlobe will match that price. We'll cover the difference between the total cost of the competing service and what you’d pay with Higlobe, as outlined below.

How Does It Work?

If the total cost of a competing service is lower than using Higlobe to transfer the same amount, we’ll match that cost by crediting you the difference. Keep in mind, we will take into account any conditions or limitations tied to the competing offer, such as the duration of the offer, transfer size, or volume restrictions, when determining how much to compensate.

Higlobe reserves the right to verify any claims and reject those that cannot be substantiated to our satisfaction.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Lowest Cost Guarantee, you need to:

1. Successfully complete the Higlobe onboarding process.
2. Have at least one valid transfer recorded in your Higlobe account.

3. Provide proof of the total cost of using a competing service. The "total cost" includes:

  • The base exchange rate used by the competitor.
  • Any applied margin or "spread" on the FX rate.
  • Relevant IOF or other taxes on the transfer.
  • Any additional fees tied to the transfer.

Your proof should clearly show all these details, along with the date and time the competing offer was made.

4. The other service must offer the same features as Higlobe.

Please note that Higlobe can convert and transfer your funds 24 hours per day, while most other companies do not perform foreign exchange conversions outside of normal business hours. Accordingly, this lowest cost guarantee will not apply to transfers made during times of the day when the competing service is not available, because Higlobe is the lowest cost provider at that time. This will typically be after normal business hours, in most cases.

How Will Higlobe Match My Costs?

Once your request is approved, Higlobe will adjust the spread rate on your account according to your request.

Please note that this rate adjustment will remain in effect for three months. At the end of this period, we will reach out again to request evidence that the competing offer is still active, allowing us to renew your Lowest Cost Benefit.

How to Submit a Claim

To submit a claim under the Lowest Cost Guarantee, please email guarantee@higlobe.com with "Guarantee Claim" in the subject line. Attach supporting documentation of the competing offer (screenshots, etc.), showing the total cost of the transaction. Claims without proper documentation will not be processed.

Higlobe will do its best to resolve all claims within 20 business days.
