Yes, at Higlobe, you can switch from a personal account to a business account, or vice versa, whenever you like, by sending an email to support @higlobe.com and telling us what you want to do. Just remember that the name on your withdrawal bank account must match the name on your Higlobe account.
When switching from a personal account to a business account, we will ask you to provide us with the additional documents we need to verify your company’s legal existence and ownership.
In Brazil, you will have to upload a copy of your "sociedade limitada" document. We need the complete contract. Please note, that we can't accept a comprovante de inscrição e situação cadastral from the Receita Federal website or similar confirmations. We need to review the actual social contract that was generated for you when you registered your company, which contains information about the ownership of the company.
The uploaded document will be reviewed by our compliance team. But once verified, your business account will be opened. That’s all you need!
Just remember that the name on your withdrawal bank account must match the name on your Higlobe account. So for a Higlobe account that is registered in a business name, the business must have a bank account registered in its name, and withdrawals can only be sent to that account. Similarly, if you switch from a business account to a personal account, you will have to withdraw money from your Higlobe account to a bank account registered in your name, not your business name.

Can I switch back to a personal account if needed?
Yes, anytime you want.
Can I have both a business and a personal account?
Currently, you must choose either a business or personal account.
