What information do I need from my employee to make their payment?

When your employee opens their Higlobe account, they will receive an account number and routing number. With this information, you can deposit their payment using the preferred bank or payment app of your company.

The time it takes for your employee to receive the money will depend on the transfer configuration of your bank or app. Typically, ACH transfers can take anywhere from a few hours to up to three business days.

Please ensure that you collect the correct account number and routing number from your employee to ensure a successful and timely payment.

The Higlobe account is an American account, transferring to it is like making a domestic transfer within the country itself, facilitating and cheapening the process of paying your employees.
