Higlobe provides international employees with a US Higlobe account. We partner with a US bank to allow non-US residents to open a US receiving account for salary transfers from US companies.
Employers don’t need to open a Higlobe account. Instead, refer your international employees to Higlobe so they can create their own accounts.
When employees open a Higlobe account, they receive a US routing number and account number to facilitate salary payments. Higlobe accounts accept ACH payments, enabling you to pay international employees just like any domestic ACH transfer—no special arrangements needed.
Payments via ACH to Higlobe accounts are as easy as domestic transfers. Employees receive funds in their Higlobe accounts and can withdraw them in their home currency.
