Guide for ID Submissions

Submitting a clear, high quality photo helps ensure a smoother and faster verification process.

Please make sure that the ID photos are:

  • Clear and in focus (including the face photo on the ID)
  • Free from glare or reflections
  • Taken on a flat surface
  • With all four corners fully visible
  • Well-lit so all ID details are readable

Please note that while we accept certain identification documents, there are specific restrictions unique to each country. For example, we can accept a driver's license in Brazil, but not in Mexico. Similarly, we can accept Mexican passports, but not Brazilian passports. Additionally, please note that we cannot accept passports issued by any country other than Mexico for verification purposes.
