Can I change my account type?

At Higlobe, you have the option to choose between a personal or business account. Please note that you can only have one account type at a time. If you try to create both types, the system will not allow it. However, you can request to change your account type by following the instructions below:

New Accounts:

If you are still in the onboarding process, you can switch your account type before completing your registration. At the top of your Dashboard, you will see an option to "Switch account type". Simply select it and follow the on-screen instructions.

Note: Business Accounts are not yet available in the Philippines. If you're looking to receive USD payments for your business, we encourage you to join our waitlist. Be the first to know when this service becomes available.

 

Existing Accounts:

To change your account type after registration, please contact our Customer Support team. They are available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM via Live Chat, Whatsapp or by email at support@higlobe.com.
