Can I send a test payment to my Higlobe account?

  • Updated

Yes. You are permitted to send one payment of up to $50 to your Higlobe account for test purposes, without the requirement that it be a business payment, from a bank account or an account you maintain with another money transfer business.

  • We will still ask you to fill in a receipt for this transfer: when completing your Higlobe receipt, please indicate that this payment was a Test Payment.

We will allow only one test payment per customer. Subsequent payments must be made for legitimate business purposes. After your initial test payment, any additional test payments sent to your account will be returned to the sender, and the associated expenses will be borne by you.

If you receive a transfer of less than $10 USD, please note that you will not receive an email notification. Transactions below this amount are considered test transfers and do not trigger an automated email. You can still view all transfer details directly in your account, and if you have questions, feel free to reach out to our support team.

On the other hand the ACH verification process is a digital safety precaution used by sellers to reduce financial risk when handling check payments at the point of sale, whether online or in-person. This process enables sellers to verify a customer’s bank account in real-time, significantly reducing the chances of faulty or fraudulent payments. During this verification, a small amount, typically between $0.01 and $1.00, is randomly sent by banks to validate the account. Note that this amount can vary slightly, and the bank will later pull these funds to reset the account balance to zero.

If you need any further assistance, our Support team is available during business hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday via Live Chat, Whatsapp, or by email at support@higlobe.com.
