What is a prepaid card?

The loading fee assessed corresponds to the precise amount you select to load onto your virtual card. Its purpose is to facilitate the creation of a unique number that enhances the security and convenience of the card during its usage.

Can I get a prepaid card/ credit card/ debit card or gift card through Higlobe?

Currently, Higlobe does not offer a prepaid card/ credit card/ debit card or gift card. However, we are excited to share that the Higlobe Card is officially in development!

The Tango and Dash USD cards previously offered by Higlobe have been retired as we focus on a significant upgrade to our product ecosystem. We are currently developing a superior card experience designed to better serve your global financial needs. While these older versions are no longer available, we are excited to share that a new, enhanced solution is coming soon. Stay tuned for the official launch!

This upcoming feature will allow you to spend directly from your Higlobe USD balance and will include premium Visa Signature benefits, such as purchase protection and travel perks. While we don't have a specific launch date yet, our team is working to make it available as soon as possible.

If you are a Higlobe client, you don't need to take any action, we will notify you via email and in-app notification the moment the card is ready for you.
