Q: I can see invites on my Higlobe Dashboard, but I haven't received the rewards.

A: The rewards are issued within 5 business days after the person you referred receives a deposit of at least $500 USD in their Higlobe account. In your Higlobe dashboard, you can track when the referral was successful, but keep in mind that the reward payment may still be processing within the given time frame.

Q: I have a special referral from an influencer or a work community. How does that work?

A: We have different guidelines depending on the type of referral, such as influencer promotions or workplace partnerships. Please reach out to our Customer Support team, and they'll be happy to assist you with the specific details based on your referral type.

Q: My friend is getting a "promo code" error when using my referral link. What can I do?

A: This error usually occurs if the referred person mistakenly enters information in the "promo code" field. Please remind them that this field should be left empty. The referral link alone is sufficient for the sign-up process.
