Higlobe does not have any third-party insurance. But we have a great deal of confidence in our systems and our business partners.
In fact, we are so confident that our Terms and Conditions provide that should any payment received by you be lost for any reason between the time they are received into your Higlobe US account and when they are sent by our local transfer partner into the local bank account provided by you in a withdrawal request, we will reimburse you for any amount lost, up to $10,000. This applies to all customers.
This warranty has some conditions and limitations, though, so please read the full text of the warranty, in Section [4.3] of our Terms and Conditions.
