When reaching out, please confirm your current details and specify the changes you’d like to make. Please note that once your request has been raised, it can take up to 5 business days for the changes to be reflected on your end.
How to Change Your Email Address
You can update your email address directly on our platform by following these steps:
1. In your Dashboard, click on your initials in the top-right corner of the screen.
2. Select Profile, then click the pencil icon next to your email address.
3. Enter both your current and new email addresses, and follow the validation instructions.
