I forgot my password.

If you are trying to log into your account and cannot remember your password, you will need to reset it. To do this, just click on the forgot password below the login form and enter your email. Now just wait for the email with the reset code, copy and paste the numbers into the Higlobe password reset page and click proceed. Choose a new password.

If you did not receive the email with the code, here are some possible reasons and what to do:

  • Check that you entered the correct email address used to register the account.
  • Check to see if you made a typo. 
  • Check the inbox of the email you provided, as well as your spam or junk folder for the password reset email from no-reply@app.higlobe.com
