There are different types of withdrawals you can make from your Higlobe account. To view these options, simply click on "Withdraw" below your balance on your Dashboard.
Local Currency Withdrawals
1. Add Your Bank Account:
- Before making a withdrawal, you must have added your local bank account information to your Higlobe profile.
- Make sure the bank account is under the same Tax ID associated with your Higlobe account.
-
Select Your Bank Account: once your bank account is connected, choose the one you’d like to withdraw to.
(For users in Argentina, if you wish to withdraw funds to a CVU (Wallets), please make sure to select the "Wallets CVU" option during the withdrawal process. This ensures that the funds are directed correctly to your digital wallet linked to the CVU.)
3. Enter the Withdrawal Amount:
-
- Type the amount you wish to withdraw. Note that there is a $15,000 USD limit per withdrawal, but you can split your withdrawals if needed.
4. Review the Exchange Rate:
-
- Before confirming the transaction, you’ll be shown the exchange rate and the final amount in your local currency.
-
- If everything looks good, click “Confirm” to proceed. After completing the steps, a message will confirm that your withdrawal was successful.
5. Withdrawal Time Frame:
When you request a withdrawal, it's usually processed within minutes. However, some factors can occasionally affect this timing:
- Random Security Checks: To prioritize your security, Higlobe may randomly select withdrawals for a manual review. This can extend the processing time by up to 24 business hours.
- Mexican Clabe validation: For compliance reasons, some withdrawals may require manual CLABE validation. This process can take up to 24 business hours.
- In Argentina: CBU/CVU validation: For compliance reasons, some withdrawals may require manual CBU/CVU validation. This process can take up to 24 business hours.
