At Higlobe, you can only withdraw funds in your local currency. To do so, you'll need to connect your local bank account. Here's how:
1. In your Dashboard, click on your initials in the top-right corner.
2. Click on "Connect accounts" and you'll see the accounts currently connected to your account. You can remove any linked account by clicking "Delete" next to it.
3. If you want to link a new bank account, click "Add Bank Account" at the bottom of the screen.
4. Enter Your Bank Details:
- Provide a nickname (alias) for the account so you can easily identify it in the future.
- For Mexican accounts, input your CLABE (18-digit bank account identifier).
- For Brazilian accounts, input your PIX key.
Important: The bank account must be in the same name as your Higlobe account, meaning the Tax ID associated with your bank account must match the one on your Higlobe account.
That's it! Your newly added bank account will now be available for withdrawals in your local currency.
