When you receive a payment to your Higlobe account, we will notify you via email and request that you fill out an internal receipt with the payer's details for compliance and legal purposes. This receipt is strictly for internal use and is only reviewed by our Compliance team. Please note, you will need to submit this receipt for every payment you receive. Here’s how to complete your receipt:
1. Access the Receipt Form:
In your Dashboard, click on the "Create Receipt" option located above your balance.
2. Enter the Payer’s Information: If this is your first time receiving a payment from a specific sender, you will be prompted to add their details.
Please enter the following information for the entity or individual making the payment to you:

- Company or Individual Name
- Address
- Email Address
- Description of the service provided
- Website of the originator
- Industry of the originator
Important: These details should come from the actual payer making the payment to you, even if the payment is processed through a third party like Deel, Rippling, Upwork, Fiverr, or Gusto. We need information about the source of your payments to ensure that we can accurately process and track your transactions.
If you work for a platform like Upwork that connects you with various clients and you don’t have the original payer’s details, you can enter the platform's information in the receipt.
3. Select the Payment Originator: If the payer's details are already saved in your Higlobe account, simply choose their name from the list.
The payment will remain pending while our Compliance team reviews the information. This review can take up to 24 business hours, but we strive to complete it as quickly as possible.
4. Notification and Next Steps:
Once the review is complete, you’ll receive an email notification. We will either confirm that your funds are available or request additional information if necessary. If further documentation is needed, we may ask for an invoice or work contract
